Why can't I log in to the forum?
I just get a blue page with the watmm links at the top left.
Is the forum up yet?

smooth...

IE5 on a mac is a notorious trouble-maker...loads of pages
break with it...

Isn't there a later version of IE for the mac?...might be
worth upging if so...

no, 5.1 is the latest. IE 5 came out in January 2000 (!!).
IE6 has just been put back another few months. It was
supposed to come out in July but it's looking more like
September now. F98r298ty32ing Micro$oft!!

phatbert...just been speaking with some my webdesign mates
and they say try IE5.2 ... but you need to be running
OSX...

If you're on a earlier os (8.1,9 etc..), then give 5.1.4 a
try...( http://www.microsoft.com/mac/download/ie/ie51.asp...

They also sing the praises of the latest version of
Netscape/Mozilla...you can find that at mozilla.org...
it's a 6 browser & really works well with all the HTML
standards so that should future-proof you...

hope this helps....

yeah I'm running OS 9.2.1 and therefore IE 5.1.4.

My Mac only has 233Mhz G3 so I can forget running OS X on
it. Runs very nicely on my dad's Titanium though :)

I'll check out that new Mozilla release. Thanks for asking
around!!!
