among all the idm artists...which is that one that you

Aphex Twin, right off the bat. I read about Windowlicker in
a Rolling Stone or something, Thom Yorke mentioned it. And I
went into the next room and downloaded it off Napster!

And the saga began.

I bought mhtrtc and I read they were very much influenced by
autechre (before I had bought lp5 but I had turned it back,
so i dont count it, though I knew their name) and I didnt
mind...I mean I bought it in 98 and I didnt listen to any
other IDM till drukqs, I indeed enjoyed boc but that didnt
make me search for more, (but I purchased some releases by
red snapper, from warp)... that happened with drukqs

this guy that was in age betweeen me and my dad was a
roomate of his since i didn't live with my dad only visited
him was way deep into underground shit and got me in to
techno when i was 11 then yeah i think the wipeout xl game
for ps1 got me into elctro then mtv's amp turned me on to
idm and dhr. ya know it was a game and i was like yo this
music is a little too good for a video game then firestarte
got all big and i was like i hate the words part and i guess
i picked up amp because ya know it had a grip of like new
artists that i had only heard like cool people i didn't even
know talk about and figured what have i got to lose.....
