dude... its incredible

the one with Fontella Bass (the widow) is amazing. i read an
articale about it... and she was having trouble singing it,
cause it reminded her of her husband, but then suddenly she
just let it pour out, and when it was over she burst into
tears. needles to say it was so emotional, that that take
was the one used on the album.

seriously dude, you wont regret it.

ive listened to it about 20 times since last night.

oh god it rules

Anyone know anything of Fontella Bass? She did a version of
'Respect' right? She has a great voice.

This album is great and covers more levels than the debut. I
still have to get their Remixes album.

well i went and bought it today after hearing 2 tracks from
soulseek...
and i must admit its rather fucking awesome..though i havent
gotten all the way through it yet (car ride not quite long
enough)
i must admit i wasnt too crazy about the vocals on tracks 1
and 4...but other than that it was perfect

a similar album you should check out is savath + savalas'
'folk songs for trains, trees and honey' by the same man
behind prefuse73 and delarosa + asora
