Why must this be so difficult. I've searched old post for
peeps who are having the same problem.

My pic meets ALL requirements for uploading.

I hit refresh

I deleted temp internet files.

I hit refresh again.

Still nothing...

It says "Inappropriate file type!" wtf.

I never really had a problem. I heard of the innapropriate
file type or whatever thing a few weeks ago, dunno if this
person resolved it or not... email phobiazero about it I
guess.

it should be *.jpg - not *.jpeg

rename the file to something simple, like "afx.jpg" and make
another try.

what does your new avatar look like anyway? i can see sort
of an terminator-eye now...

Hmm.. yeah it needs to be .jpg.. I thought people knew that.
.gif works too and has to be under 100k
