Hmmmm nOPER,what I think about RDJ????????? I think he is wicked and way too weird,his mind is in other planet,but then again,that's the reason why he can make different styles of IDM/electronica.....RDJ is also the best electronic composer ever to rule on this earth.........:) |

Yes nOPER,I know Roni Size but there is no chance in hell that he could be the teacher of RDJ,why???? Just because RDJ was experimenting with electronic music and electronic equipment by the age 12,so there is no way RS would teach a genious like that,besides,RS is more a Dj than a music programmer....:) |

pfff, read some topics dude! It's quite obvious that we all like aphex twin don't you think? But allright I'll tell you what I think of him: I think he's quite obscure but if you listen to his music you can feel his presence so well. With a lot of electronic music there isn't much sense of many emotions. But if you listen to SAW or flim or IZ-US or many (not all) of his other work, you can become one with his music. You can feel the emotions. His music touches me. Richard is brilliant. He opened so many new doors for me. If it wasn't for him I would've sticked with rock music I guess. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have loved electronic music as much as I do at the moment. And finally, If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have started making electronic music besides my three rock bands. Well, there you go. This is what I think about aphex twin! |

Exactly nOPER,that's the reason why I don't like that much RS,because he just makes just classic d-n-b,RDJ makes wicked drill-n-bass+mix it with some jungle and some shit of his own and you just got the perfect mix...........:) |
