soul seek has a server check at it's web site... i am not exactly sure how to access this, but i do know that you can get to it pretty easy through the web navigation on the proggy itself. |

I've never seen the attraction with winmx, it's shite imo Soulseek is down again... in fact it's the first time it's been down for me, ever. Let's hope it pulls through... |

I've only been using SoulSeek a few days. Does anyone know if it automatically tries to reconnect every so often, or do you have to manually keep trying? |

its fucked again after working for about 15 minutes thats really helpful so far as i am aware (no not certain by any account) its manual or nothing |

it should reconnect once the server is back up again.... remember, there are only 2 servers (and 1's a test) so it's bound to be a little flakey...but it always comes back again... They keep appealing for additional servers to make it more stable...only needs a low end Linux machine with 5kbs bandwidth (i.e. almost nothing...)...so if you can help, check with NIR at the site... check out for status info.... |
