what do u reckon? ever heard of them?
I bought their album cos i wanted the single "eple" and i
havent looked back since. they are slightly more dance,
since their album spans across house, hip hop and acid jazz,
but i've been lucky enough to see them live here in Glasgow,
and i won tickets to see them in London a month ago.
U should check their website. I think it has a few
soundclips.

whats wrong with something being commercial? if its good,
its good. it shouldnt matter. I doubt they were in the
studio trying to make a blockbuster album!

They are like superheroes here in Norway and they have their
HQ here in my home town, actually. They are a bit to
commerce for my taste as well but I know they have been
doing some live improvised sessions with the more
experimental and progressive wing of the Bergen music
underground. I've only heard eple, though.... It means
"Apple" btw....

I don't think so... This music's too poor, for me... The
beautiful tiny beat sucks and this voice is getting out of
my ass in my nightmares... I only know Leno but it don't
make me addicted at all...

I saw them live and they were good.
Anyway it's good but easy music, imo.

Eple was a pretty big hit in Belgium.
The first time I heard it ,I was like "whow, this is cool!"
cool video, too.
But after Eple,'Poor Leno' was rather disappointing....
They play on the Werchter Festival ,next month ,(yay! only
one month anymore.... =) )
so I'l go see them.

yay²
