ok, we all know this song right? Drukqs, piano, amazing.

Anyways, does Avril mean anything? I didnt think so, I
though that it was just some wierd shit word rich made
up...

however, I just saw a new artist whos name is Avril. Its a
female singer. I havnt heard it...but thats not the point.
The point is, I looked up Avril in the dictionary, and its
not there. So do you think she used the name Avril in
reference to Aphex Twin?

thoughts? comments?

-Zeus

i thought it was april (the month) in another language...i
know there are languages that spell april with a "v" so i
figured it was the date he wrote/concieved/recorded it.

acid!

ok, excuse the ignorance... but what is cornish. Im assuming
its some English dialect?

up until now, I was under the impression that none of the
titles on Drukqs had any meaning...

and april is english for 'a perire' which means "to open" in
latin -- as it is the month when the buds begin to bloom.

First of all, Kernewek and Cornish are the same fucking
thing,......so no, ecnadniarb, we're not fucking stupid.

I've done some rough translations for what I could find.
and yes whoever said Gwely Mernans is death bed they are
definitely in the right ball-park.

Jynweythek Ylow - "musical machine"
Gwarek - "diploma" ? (some kind of milestone maybe)
Hy a Scullyas Lyf a Dhagrow - "a wasteful rasp[tool]
of commands" ?? that's a hard one.......
Ruglen Holon - "brackish/salty" ??
Penty Harmonium - "cottage harmonies"
Strotha Tynhe - "intense compression" ??
Kesson Dalef - "commense harmony" ??
54 Cymru Beats - cymru is another name for Wales....

I'm pretty much lost on any other ones.......

Actually Kernewek and Cornish aren't exactly the same so you
are stupid. And if that took you a couple of hours to
compile then you are even more stupid than I originally
thought.
