psytrance & speedcore

Boards of Canada, pretty much anything by them.

I don't like listening to music that's too intense or
hardcore... because I start driving like Satan's bastard
child.

aphex twin - "start as you mean to go on", "bucephalus
bouncing ball", "windowlicker", "custodian discount", almost
anything from rdj Album(esp. the 13 pound snare rush
mix of "girl/boy song")
mu-ziq - "lunatic harness", "motorbike track"
autechre - "c/pach", "ccec", "laughing quarter", "cipater",
"tewe"
boards of canada - "sixtyten"
nine inch nails - "the wretched", "the mark has been made",
"march of the pigs", "head like a hole"
plaid - "kortisin", "little people", "anything"

it depends though - on the weather, on my mood, on whom I'm
with, on how long the drive will be, etc.

actually, i never drive myself.... but i from time to time
make my brother to take me for a drive into the woods for
example.. He always agrees on that.... also he agrees on my
choice of music in the car, wich is nice. He is my
driving-slave.

Cocteau Twins would be the choice I would make right now,
however I listen to anything I have on a cd.

Truck Drivin Classix Volume 4 to 6.
Featuring Patsy Cline, Merle Haggard, Garth Brooks and Billy
Ray Cyrus classic "Achy Breaky Heart"..that's what real men
listen to when they drive.

I just take the bus.

I contend that "start as you mean to go on" is the best
driving song for summer going somewhere between 40 and 70
miles an hour on a clear blue afternoon/late morning with on
a straight road with very few (preferably no) cars, and lots
of trees on the sides of the road.
