I was wondering if any of you would know how to create a
sound that looks like this

,when viewed trough spectral analysis.

The way I made this picture was by creating a white-noise
and adjusting it with paint-shop. I have tried a program
that converts picture to a sound, but I don't get exactly
what I need.
