a sqquele to seven is very doable...the same cops, but with
a diffrent killer...probably a copycat...but hopefully not

morgan freeman's character retired tho, and brad pitt's
character's wife got her head in a box. i think this sequel
info sounds shady, and if it's legit it just doesn't sound
promising.

i'd rather see ghostbusters 3 :)

Is this some info you found somewhere,or do you say so?

I saw The fast and the furious this weekend, and when the
movie had ended,I said we could expect A sequel of this.

If there would come A sequel of se7en,I 'boycot it!

not to ruin the ending for anyone who hasn't seen se7en, how
can it be the same cops? brad pitt's character probably
wouldn't be back ... unless the writer/s get/s creative

i dont' remember the specifics to the ending bu i remember
this, both cops are still alive...

if it's a copycat killer the DA will prolly want the same
cops who handeled the first one to handel the second...

and the killer prolly kills morgan freeman's daughter or
something and that'll get him out of retirement...there's
tons of ways to get him back other than this...

c'mon, it's doesn't take that much creative inginuity to
make them come back...

who wants to see a recycled movie plot?

That would be worse than recycled!

if they bring brad pitt out of jail "for one last case" i
can only pray that it bombs. that's a pretty weak idea, no
offense or anything.

in the alternative ending, it basically his reaction.
instead of screaming NO, he just gets really quiet, goes
into a kind of shock and can't believe what happened. they
didn't do a score over the scene so it's kinda creepy

hehe, and the da was killed in the first one, wasn't he.
for greed?

why is brad pit's char in jail from the first one?

and i don't get you ppl all jumping on my back to write a
great plot...i'm just proving that it can be done...and am
thinking of a very likely way to do it...

i'm just ansering the question:

"why would se7en have a sequel?"

actully answering how rather than why...

that's a good point, i think he was killed, but ovoisly
there's another...

That se7en sequel may be as good as you want,It's WRONG!

(but that's what some people said from 'the silence of the
lambs too)

brad pitt's character kills kevin spacey. hehe, and ya,
there'd be another da.

the thing with the silence of the lambs sequel hannibal,
well i hated that one. the prequel (which is now being
remade, sadly) was ok. i thought some of it was cheesy 80s
stuff, but it was ... ok.

i guess.

actually i dont' dig recycled plots...this is just an
example to show that a sequel could be done...

i mean it's HAVE to be a recycled plot becasue the killer
would have to kill acordingly to the sins...

i bet you ppl if this rumor turns out to be true, this will
most likely be how they will do it.

was kevin spacy the killer! i don't remember that...(and i
don't think i knew who kevin spacey was back then, prolly
tooo young) but i think the killer looked very much like
him...so i beleive you!

actually, thinking about it, a recycled plot would be highly
appropriate for a film like se7en. i read somewhere that
was kevin walker's (the writer) idea. he wanted to a
generic cop movie. the older partner is about to retire,
and there is an idealistic younger cop. it's pretty
formulaic, but it's very nicely done. take for example the
villian and the hero. the villian is a warped version of
the hero, possibly something he (or she) will become in the
future if he goes down the wrong path (in this case, they
both want to clean up the world of wrong).

it's just difficult to imagine them doing something generic
for something original like se7en (when it's not as orginal
as some of us may think)

AND ANOTHER THING!!

(sorry for the rant-like behavior)

why does it feel like the majority of movies coming out in
the next year or so are just sequels, prequels and comic
books (plus a tv show thrown in there), and remakes.

don't get me wrong, there are some movies that fall in the
above category i am looking forward to (matrix 2 & 3,
episode 3, sooner or later, a new batman!, and i looooved
insomnia), but it feels the orginal stuff coming out of
hollywood is being produced in fewer and fewer numbers
