Thanks.

Welcome to the board!

I have no idea how it works or what it looks like, but

I suggest you start playing and messing with it until you
know how it works....

Thank you all but there isn't any manual or help about that
online.
In fact, I was seeking for an user of this rythm box who
would have be able to help me... But I know it won't be
easy...

Talk to roland...you can buy manuals for all their kit, even
the old stuff...

Back in the days prior to selling my SH101 for fucking
smack, they got one to me, more or less free of charge...

How about trying on a more music based MB?....someone will
help you I'm sure...

I used to own one but they have stinky sounds that I could
never take seriously, so I sold it. If I remember rightly it
was pretty easy to program, just a little slow. Play around
with it, you'll get it right if you persist.

Effects, Effects, Effects....plus pushing levels so they
distort (a la AFX...)...

Thats the key to getting decent sounds outta these old drum
machines altho I guess there is a certain charm to the raw
sounds....

If I remember rightly it is a digital version of the 808
sounds?

Effects help alot, as the sounds were very weak and had very
little depth. They need all the help they can get.

No, no, I know him, he's joking indeed...
He's not really bad... :-)

Really no users of this rythm box?

I have one. I love that little piece of shit. you get a
decent sequencer and you can actually make some sort of
drum/drill and bass type thing on there.

first thing you need to do is to get into pattern-write
mode. er... I can't remember from there cos I haven't turned
mine on in a while. but if I recollect correctly, it's
pretty self-explanatory from there.

I'm really disguted... A friend of mine have pushed on
almost all the buttons and when I started the rythm "Block"
was written and the PAttern 3 and 4 where playing together,
one after the other. I've seen that it's possible but I just
can't make the same...even pushing all the buttons at the
same time, like my fucking friend who don't know how he
does...If, one day, U remember how to do, tell me...
thanks
