www.eve-online.com (MMORPG) You will go now and read everything. This game is Elite online really. Player created corporations, bounty hunters, pirates, traders and miners. Corporations trade in shares and blueprints. Blueprints are auctioned out and then you can manufacture whatever the blueprint is for. You can research copies of your blueprints and sell them as a franchise. You will need space-stations for factories. Only corps can own stations and planets. The game is viewed in 3rd perspective, so no dogfighting. It's more like Star Trek. Capital ships battle it out over great distances. Like naval warfare really. Release date is Oct 2002. Beta should start end of may/early june. -P |
