By The Avalanches, I keep hearing this song on the radio. While its a good example of mixing/cutting/scratching, to me it sounds like the Beastie Boys without lyrics. That boy needs therapy, that boy needs therapy, its a cool song in small doses but it gets annoying. Why does it get so much air play? |

Havent seen the video, like I said, cool in small doses but it cant compare to something like the Wiseguys when it comes to that style of music. |

Why doesnt Aphex release a DJ mix album or something? Chemical Bros. have, so has The Prodigy, I own them both. While that isnt exactly his style, I think it would be cool. |

Hah, cos mix albums tend to be the indication of a money grabber (I'm not saying ALL)...he doesn't want any more money I like the track, I like the whole album! |

Because The Avalanches are the best band in the world. Their album is my fdavorite of all time, touches every emotion and sense, clevver, funny, beautiful, and every track is amazing. Can't think of a single album that does what that does to me. Incredible. |

Money grabber huh? Never really thought of it that way. I still say Id like to hear a mix album from him though. I still think the track gets kind of annoying after the first or second time, but maybe thats just because I have a headache and a sinus infection. |

I dont like the avalanches, the couple of song i've heard are ok once or twice but then get annoying... ctrl alt del: dont bother with the album, it sounds like you dont really like em anyway from what you've said here. |
