has anyone ever taken a bunch of 'filler' type songs and
put them on a cd to make a really good one with maybe 30
trax?
i mean songs like the 1 min long ones by BoC and off of
DrukQs, and such...I did this recently with a bunch of them,
taking time to sort out a good order, and I can't get over
how nice it is!

I know marilyn manson's smells like children cd was all crap
and filler...and it was only 16 tracks...
But what you did actually sounds like a good idea...

Yes, I took mostly BoC...but I didn't take crap and shit

I only just started appreciating the shorter BoC songs...
they're great!!

Short are usually better for some reason. It's just hard to
get something that sound really good and then build it
beyond 2 minutes with making it to repetitive or screwing it
up. Sometimes it's easy...

of Roygbiv?? i can't get it outta my head and it's so
addicting!

Roygbiv is the perfect length... it always leaves you
wanting more, but never gets boring...

oh, it's perfect... really, I think it's a perfect song... I
think I could just put it on repeat forever and never get
bored...

first post about it....you seem to use the followup a lot so
im just curious...

+ it is a good song, so you might just like it as much as i
do and have to talk about it:P:P

Sometimes I think that some live albums are just fillers
because the band couldnt think of anything good. But there
are exceptions (i.e. NIN's And all that could have been).
