i remember back in like sixth grade when my mom would try to
tell me i couldn't listen to the downward spiral after she
heard closer. she called up my dad when i refused and he
set her straigh on some freedom shit.

i was just downloading some nin and it was taking me way
back (the becoming is lush). then i came across this video.
i can't say that i enjoyed it, but it's something else.

the whole nin collection is shit hot. trent has only done
one wack song in the last 14 years (counting the 1988
demos): deep. that's an amazing track record.

i love the part where it gets mellow and the guitar
strumming comes in (the becoming)... wonderful.

deep is pretty bad. he just recycled bits from his last
album and wrote his worst lyrics ever. very cliche. his only
"sellout" song.

Any got the "All that could have been" DVD? Is it worth
buying?
Oh. I just watched the whole "Closure" tape today. I love
Happiness in Slavery...

yea it's worth buying, but then again i got it for $21.
it'll prolly cost you like $30 by now. anyway it's a kickass
concert dvd and the hidden features are neato.

It's mine. Now all they need to do is put "Closure" on
DVD...

some outside party was gonna do that w/o approval fron nin,
but that was halted. but yea i too hope they put it on dvd,
and it'd be even better if nin were involved cos we'd get
bonus features and such.

And maybe some videos that came out after the original
release. They could at least put burn on it...

offline titsworth from Washington, DC (United States) on 2002-05-09 01:36 [#00211627]

yea, agreed. they need:
burn
gave up (broken version)
into the void
star"suckers" inc.
deep (well i could do without THAT)

tdtwwa is hidden on the new dvd so that can be kept out.
also, there's an unreleased concept video for march of the
pigs.

Yes, quite a video. However my reason for replying to this
thread is to tell Duble his custom picture is amazing.
