I'm going to go and find out more.

yes politics is in power.
For fucks sake let him in. People say things just like him on speakers corner. The good thing is most people don't listen. All this hype is helping the mans cause as people pay more attention to him. The government have shot themselves in the foot the idiots.

jonesy: try = trial? BTW, Milosevic is guilty as hell but I find it really ridiculous how the trial has been going up to now... Not to mention that there are other people out there who deserve similar trials but are actually considered to be peace-keepers... But that hague tribunal is such a farce anyway...

I agree, I'm a member of Chrisitian Solidarity Worldwide, an organisation that helps oppressed Christians all over the world. More often than not it's the large orthodox churches (the Russian orthodox, greek orthodox and Roman Catholics in particular) who denounce smaller or "home worship" churches as cults and get them closed and the members locked up.

I dunno if you could call me a Christian as such, but I guess I do fit into the Christian religion... Like you Ceri JC, I don't agree with all these denominations and stuff, I believe that if you believe in God, and the bible and stuff, follow that, and not what some denomination tells you to believe... but, I'm kinda in a period of my life where I'm trying to figure things out for myself... I was raised in a Christian home, but now I want to make my own choice as to what I believe... so right now I'm a bit undecided... :)

Agnostic. Existentialist (not a religion, a belief though.) I believe that it is impossible to know wether a supreme being exists or not.
Seeing nothing but despair in the rational and having no way to determine right and wrong. The existentialist sees himself as resposible for defining himself and giving meaning and fullfillment to his life without any referrence to moral absolute, however, everything becomes subjective. Each person must seek to find fullfillment and meaning for himself. Ultimately, feelings or passions become his sole guide. The only meaning one finds in life is the meaning one chooses to give it. That choice is made on the basis of feeling.
Is consiousness a curse or a blessing ? Is consiousness a curse or a blessing ?

Christian, again not in any denomination though. I respect all peaceful religions and am infuriated by violence in the name of religion.
My biggest gripe with Christianity is other Christians. I also have a problem with fundamentalists of any religion... narrow mindedness leads to bigotry

Christian... but I do believe that there are positive aspects to all religions... buddhism for instance really interests me, and I would like to investigate it a bit further... but I just don't believe that salvation is to be found within... just my opinion...
I am against denomintations within Christianity though... especially Catholocism... but really all very structured denominations... I personally don't feel that Christianity should be structured too much... let it run free, and let people worship as they feel...

heh... I just mean that it shouldn't be something where people are told what to do, and how exactly to do that... for example, I have never been able to understand why people must confess their sings to the priest in the catholic church... why must they tell the priest? Why does he need to know? Stuff like that... I don't mean huge orgies!! :)

Confession - I always thought that was the neatest thing about Catholicism. I mean you can go in there and say anything and they can't tell anyone right? Do you ever go in and make stuff up? "I work at the hot dog factory, and I like to wipe the wieners in my asscrack before they're wrapped..."
