how are these two unrelated artists? I got their promo stickers when I bought geogaddi from warp. I have heard a lot about plaid, but havnt listened to them yet. Can you recommend any songs of theirs for me? The same goes for these antipop blokes. I REALLY want to get into these ppl so that I may value these stickers.
btw, proud owner of BoC hexagon stickers = me yay!

Download all of Rest Proof Clockwork. If you don't like that, Plaid probably isn't for you. Lots of interesting stuff on Not For Threes, too.

Plaid fucking rule, buy Double Figure, Not For Threes, and their upcoming EP: P-Brane. If you don't, you will surely perish...
wierd that Restproof isn't one of my favs...

If you don't like Rest Proof Clock their not for you?
Umm, that's not the right approach. Considering Not For Threes, Double Figure, Trainer, Peels Sessions, and P-Brane all go together more. I feel Rest Proof Clockwork is the oddball out in this case.
it should be frased like: If you don't like Not For Threes or Double Figure, they're not for you.
And let me just say...if you like IDM, afx, µ-ziq or the like, then Plaid is defintely up your alley.

wow - plaid is hands down my fav. electronic group - ever - more attention to detail and melody than mili vanili -
rest proof clockwork is different, and more ambient and may take a few listens but is great
not for threes is amazing - every genre and so on and so forth
double figure blows my mind w/ each play
p brane is cool but the tracks sound better live me thinks
their best song (in my opinion) is
red snapper - get some sleep tiger (plaid remix)
or
bjork - all is full of love (plaid remix)
(for individual tracks)
for the best idea of their genius download dang spot and all of not for threes
good times
