if we examine a typical soulution space, [ provided by getty images, bless their marbles] the marbles roll along the solution space in search of optimal solutions, represented by troughs. the problem, you see, is that marbles can get stuck in local solutions that are not universally great and a classic example of The Marble Effect is lots of people doing the same stupid thing because they're stupid and it's best option they have on tap so they go with it all do the same stupid thing at once, which cascades -- or concatenates. today, i worry about concatenating marbles i way like i usually would not. trump and the doge won't shut off nuclear weapons control -- they've already stubbed their toe on that one and admitted that even they don't have the marble to roll those over-- but a lot of stuff is getting the treatment of "let's turn it off and see who screams and just turn it back on if it is important." and this works not very well, sometimes in the tech world. it also more often works out not well, especially not outside Information Technology. some of these things cannot be switched off and then back on. a company will keep building some shit and then stop when they don't get paid for the month and they'll stop as they get finally paid but it's not that simple there's fees for delay lumber has rotted in the rain etc. and multiply this by everything the US government does. it will likely manifest in small and random local things: imagine water is not, like... shut off, but costs $thousands per month at usual usage. people would start shitting in the streets within a few weeks. or water is fine, but electricity is that expensive. for weeks. or you can't get trash pickup no matter how much you pay. for weeks. and "i don't know" will reply the congressmen |

so random things start to go out like expensive water for ten week or spotty expensive power for the forseable future or no trash pickup ever anymore an ranomly all over and people are already start to yell about, like, we didn't elect you to shut out shit off. but they can't admit they're powerless because that will lead to chaos. eventually, people will realize that, and it will lead to chaos. donald trump is a spoiled king who just get rid of people in response to bad news, and what's he going to do, fix water purification with his own genius marble? more likely he'll just talk about WE HAVE THE GREATEST WATER IN THE WORLD FAKE NEWS and do nothing and he really will think he is a genius shite and just blame the people yelling at him |

there are some solutions to stuck marbles, like SIMULATED ANNEALING which mimics the process of heating a metal up and how it goes stochstically bang in random ways to jump the marbles over and start them rolling again, perhaps to somewhere better. but they would up worse off and this is very disruptive to all of the marbles driving for F150s and WHAT THE FUCK MOTHER FUCKER and this is known, instead, as stimulated anal healing in the ass. mother fucker. by the time you get mad at your hero and realize what a dolt he is and how little he cares about you it will be far too late mate, what the fuck. mother fucker. my truck got a gender fender bender and that costs $25k now thanks to the liberals and china makes the trucks cost $125k it wasn't like that when me made stuff in america!! in the ass. mother fucker |
