because youtube will push this kind of drama on me, i got video recommended. tl;dw: he quits being a dj, because he hates having to be an influencer for it. he will continue to produce music, and i guess also make youtube video's, which he doesn't then count as also being an influencer. to be a dj influencer you also have to do stuff like be controversial. he explains it's spectacle and late stage capitalism stuff |

i think my channel blows him out of the fucking water. so many people like him are all... errr, ummm, i guess youtube is now my meal ticket? meanwhile i have youtube vids that are 15 years old [twitter? 2008 i think] and it's natural as breathing for me to grind out loads of videos with dope old analog NTSC greebles as these fucking old farts sit there and compare webcam specs on amazon and make a list of what every other old fart on youtube is doing for this "influencer" thing i do not claim to influence much of anything, however |
