I do feel for you having health issues. Its beyond measure. As is getting arrested like this. thats fucked up. But i also agree to what dariusgriffin said. So please stop lashing at us. Do you know how to get a free attorney? i have no idea, thats why we advised to call people who know. E. G. Your doctor and local social services. same goes for food and shelter if needed. Setting things up via phone seems to be the only dignified option right now it seems. Or seeing your physicist and checking into a hospital maybe. Not sure about that but it may work out better than last time. |

Also anyone who disagrees with my fundamental advice, which again is 1. Store and protect your important household items from being stolen or handled improperly when you lose your residence. I don't know exactly what would happen here, but nothing good, as far as you're concerned. 2. Get properly diagnosed for whatever genuine impediment is making you act in such a self destructive way, with an emphasis on the fact that you've already been involuntarily put on a psychiatric hold 3. Take the diagnosis to a social working who will give you options for both housing and finial support. Ok maybe you need a roomate. That's late stage capitalism for ya. It is what it is. Take the roomate. If anyone disagrees with this, please, PLEASE post a better idea. I don't care about being right. This man's problems won't solve themself, he's fucked if he does nothing. Homeless fucked. Empathy is not a solution, even if it is a virtue. He needs a plan. |

whenever i posted it last you could see panic getting to me when i found out i was also being charged. i'd waited to open the mail until i was healed up, mentally and physically, after that. now i open it and the news is pretty terrible, alright, i described my process. in addition to working out a lot, i got a chicken parm takeout. i slept. i hacked unix a bit. smoke some weed and meditate. then i'm back and i'm over my own panic and right, this makes a hell of a launch for my campaign. reddit will love it. and they have lawyers, as i mentioned. the social "workers" are probably still recovering from the crowdstrike meltdown as all those fools run windows. |

i guess you know im not living in your area. i understand things have gone wrong locally. local social services and your doctor will still help you deal with authorities, the medical and the juristic system. thats something no one else can. dont focus on what persons of those instutions did wrong to you and explain yourself to other persons of those or other institutions. you will find people who listen and are willing to help to get you out of this with nothing but a scratch. trust me on this. also trust me i´ve seen people land on the streets for not doing this.. |

he'll get a court appointed lawyer for his current charges no matter what and it would look good if he's undergoing voluntary psychiatric treatment, AND it would probably delay his proceedings, buying him more time. he's not going to do any of that tho, 100%. |
