if you listen to it does this so very much "i'm a track off of meat beat manifesto's album RUOK" -- like, if you remember the animated gif avatar that "Indica Trichrome Project" guy had on myspace... no? well, it's the sunflower spiral of spirals, animated, so it looks like it's growing and then you have a like kind of going counterclockwise as a backwash of sorts... and yeah, mbm, ruok, 0:34 ...but right before that, i can't quite pull the afx track out of my hed, but the choppy shuffle in the bit right before 0:34 is right out of some aphex track somewhere. it got me to thinking about, that guy who showed up here and insisted "this is sekret afx" and i listened to it and no, this is not afx, and how do you know someone is anyone? that +10 funk is doing a very afx fing before it drops in a very mbm/ruok fing, and this is all on top of a jodey fing, dat bassline. we all have our differences. jack dangers kept his synthi 100 i herd then you listen to , and it's called jodey funk, right? so, very fittingly, it's like "this really sounds like someone separate from any of those guys" and that's how if you know if someone is anyone you know is someone you know is someone. |
