LAZY_TITLE

hot hardware dance music

didn't really care about mixing & mastering; have a bunch of
songs to record & dump because probably have enough material
for an entire idm album now and would rather do that instead

20-25bpm?

thx

i mean, you speed this up to dancefloor speed, and...

instead, it's like c'mon in the sense you'd mentally
yell that at the receptionist in the dentist's office whilst
quietly sitting in your chair -- and only because it's
taking too long. it really reminds me of watmm where someone
says, "i slowed this aphex twin track down using paulstretch
isn't it cool you can hear all these things" and yes that's
interesting but i can't even get through all of at that
speed. too frustrating

i suppose that's just context, if it helps.

its not bad, some kewl dying cat style sounds in there in
the last third

it's a lot of high end for me, the percussion also kind of
high end, I crave some low counterbalance in there BUT, I
don't listen to dancefloor stuff much

I'm sure I'd be bobbing my head in the club as is

it is a bit of a plodder but i think it works in its favour,
about amapiano speed if you think it needs a "club
environment"

I listened to it again this morning, this time NOT under the
influence of the devil's brew (vodka+ diet mountain dew)

My opinion is the exact same, but I realized what I wanted.
The same track you made but peppered with a sample of
Tim Heidecker's low pitched, agonized wail as he climbs the summit of brownie mountain.
That seems to be exactly what it needs.

Also another track of yours, WOOL came on after. I've heard
this before and it's a legit fun melody. Probably already
commented on it before if you dropped the track here on
XLT.

hevquip's wool
