If you die now you’ll never get to see One Piece’s end
:/

Razors pain you;
Rivers are damp;
Acids stain you;
And drugs cause cramp.
Guns aren’t lawful;
Nooses give;
Gas smells awful;
You might as well live.

you're probably joking but One Piece is the best anime and
I'd hate to miss the ending

It's my favorite anime and I've been watching it since I was
5. I bought the latest volumes to catch up with Wano
(stopped at episode 923 sometime around two years ago) and
it's the one constant thing in my life that's brought me
joy. Pretty much the only anime I could rewatch over and
over again without getting bored

it aired on TV for a while when I first discovered it and
surprisingly enough, in 2011 the French dub had almost
caught up with the Japanese one, so the first arcs I watched
happened right before the timeskip. When I first used a
computer that same year the first YouTube video I watched
was an AMV of Zoro and Luffy fighting (with Linkin Park's
"In The End" playing in the background & I remember that the
video's description was in Spanish). The first online
friends I made I found through a One Piece community in
2016. The two things that inspired me to improve my art were
One Piece (at the time I was watching Dressrosa as it was
unfolding, I really liked the character design and wanted to
draw fan art) and Kim Jung-Gi (RIP). The first manga volume
I bought almost 8 years ago was One Piece, and so on. It's
just too special and nothing comes close to it

It's a lot of fun, good characters, good spirit.

I'll never recommend it to anyone ever, since it's like 1000
episodes at this point. (I'm paused for over a year+, since
ep 878, the end of the "Whole Cake Island" arc)
