LAZY_TITLE
some fan meticulously reproduced Ford Timelord (the KLF
car), and showed up at something Drummond+Cauty were doing,
D+C took to it with whitepaint

WHAT DO YOU THINK xlt? Right or wrong?

(am bored)

Well thank you, would love to have all this stuff easily
available so, i know its on soulseek but you see artists
like Steps with more comprehensive collections, its a bit
depressing

> Is it right, or is it wrong? YOU DECIDE

which sort of "right" are we talking about? do you mean
"right" in the social contract sense, or "right" as in "this
does belong in the file folder marked KLF"

...but it'd also fit in with bam margera and sean penn's
tweenage son painting johnny knoxville's car green

0:15 ~ isn't something like this in the jeff mills the
wizard tapes?
0:45 ~ this is like the same as that bit in fat camp feva by
funkstorung

....7 or 8 min later

this is... sorry i make you lush by luke vibert? did he lift
that all?

then, looked it up, and... this is vibert. well
played. and SIMYL actually came out before this. so he
stripped it down and rebuilt it into a different track. i
would have kept the lightsaber sounds myself

so "ace of clubs" -- great name, first off. that this one
steve linked, the first one, i didn't think it was vibert at
all. that i was honestly trying to figure out how old it
was, as i listened. the writing sounds old, but the
production tells me it can't be. and fuck me, this is
vibert? the other two ace of clubs albums -- believe me, i
found them after that -- disappointing. either of those, i
would have said, "oh, this is vibert" within a track or
three

but the first one. magnificent. i've actually found two
obscure, but quite validating things in this:

1) i recorded a track called "disco biscuits" in 2012 or so,
sampled a bunch of italo disco tracks -- i didn't sample
"weekend" but the thot did cross my mind

2) baby go relax ~ i posted here about this track, this EP,
like... do you think this could have actually killed it in a
dark warehouse somewhere in the 90s? and then vibert is
doing the same baby, baby giveitgiveit i was going for, but
his is so much cleaner and polished, and he's went with
artist name ace of clubs. and this answers my question: if
you wanted to do that you should have done it like this. but
still validating, because, while harder to articulate than
1) it still feels like i had the same thot

but, no, not trying to be vibert, more i feel he'd
appreciate like LAZY_TITLE

world's best modulation source, not sharing sorry)
