if you think of it kind of like going up your own fundament, it becomes a lot easier to visualize.

> Infinity going inwards has always baffled my thinking.
was this trying to set me up to be on the other end of the exact joke i made? it occurred to me later
but, no, i'm not up my own fundament. i don't have a huge plan, just... soundcloud ded to me, like an ex-girlfriend who just always asks for money and talks about her friends too much and isn't that attractive anyways... i just go up my own fundament for a moment, sometimes.
so, more or less: uploading tracks to that bandcamp album. culling them (but making them "bonus tracks" so they're still there really). then just now i moved some other tracks in and began fussing with the order, and... it tapers off like a telomerase problem, but, actually, just a bit of fussing and that's 3/4 of an album. then i have to fix the mastering.
then i can start a new album track pool and this seems a relatively reasonable way to, like, flatten what was some pointless multi-level effort: soundcloud to just post stuff, bandcamp to sell stuff, then perhaps on twitter or something lord help me
so i do my normal thing except they're bandcramp links, and then i make the ones that don't album-fit into "bonus" and it feels like the kindest way to handle the ones i put out to pasture... i mean, the ones that almost made it, mind you
i'm also thinking i'll keep the price low while it's pinging around for months and then raise it once it's an album and i'm shedding my skin and moving on to another blank purple cover to fill in

anyways... i just go up my own fundament for a moment, sometimes. and i don't understand what i'm doing with rhythm in "space musk." like, this should not fucking work. particularly the thompy 808 kick, which was just... ?! sloppy as fuck from when i was drunk some night but i just used it as a placeholder and then shit the track has grown around it like a tree around a fence.
that the funk pluck loop, very precarious thing, you can hear it right in the intro of the track: the thing sounds like an utter train wreck until you drop three separate parts with some dub stuff on top of it, then it's all this shifting gestalt that... i don't know man, i just work here. and i'm curious what i did
