yeah but a this point music is hindering my sexual life. my girly likes my music, but shes not specially crazy about it. she has very nice musical taste but i guess my stuff is too nerdy for her, like im too worried about sequences counterpoint and such. think she likes my trumpet playing better (its more evidently emotional) but im currently playing like 3 to 4 hours a day, cant do that at her place (dont think i can). still, within the right crew, the electronics music making thing can be an aphrodisiac but most of the women need something emotional, no mind bending acid plis. maybe its the same for guys, dont mean to say there are gender differences whatsoever. |

last thing before I truly lay down for sleep I remember this "anne laplantine" arc with w m w. (your link directs to her site) This random person under that name approached w m w on the forms, and was like "Yo I like your music let me add you to my label" and responded, "so just to be clear, I give you my music, you host it the way I'm already doing, I get no profit, and it works out?" 'Anne Laplantine' said yes, that was how it goes, lol. I don't remember him actually agreeing, but the fact that his music is still accessible through that site is something, I guess. I wish I could find the links to the topic. Since the last time xlt went down, the archive is well and truly busted. w M w, I hope things turned around for you, wherever you are. I think about you pretty often. One of his last messages was about going to live in a van by himself. Hope it somehow worked out. |

thanks for listening wolfsli i did work a lot on that snares! still working on sutff like this, made that track and a bunch more after a long hiatus. spent like a year playing trumpet haha, which i thought wouldnt help a lot with producing on the laptop but its as useful as learning piano, in a way. I remember that with anne laplantine, in fact i sent her music to publish on the label because i wanted to be like w M w. Annes own music was similar to w M w's albeit far less daring and unique. I too remember him often and his views were of great influence on me. whenever he would reply to my spam he would complain about what he heard as presets, like he was always on having your own sound down to the core. |
