I mean the 30-something years later mix, they're too loud !
Have they lost / are they losing their hearing ?

Oh I'm sure there's special meaning behind their loudness

another money-grab, the compilation. They're just
Pinkfloyding themselves, maybe without knowing it. They're 2
old pals, aye?

Nah, not Pinkfloyding. Can't think of an old band who tries
to make everybody think they keep reinventing themselves but
instead they keep on releasing old stuff with new names.

Got it ! They're Radioheading themselves.

I’m so confused.

What’s your correlation with phil and Rob?
And Pink The Floyd?

How do we know they were made 30 years later and not the
next day?

i've been a bit busy as of late and i've seen this topic on
the board like three times, and each time, i think, "oh i
hope this about crazy church lady hats in belfast, ireland,
that would be wicked to hear about a subculture there

but no you're talking about a drum sound and i was happier
before i opened this thred but at least i feel i am adding
some entertainment value to it before departing

oh, no, i immediately realized: oh it's not what i was
thinking, there's that orbital track, rite

but it's not too late

...what sort of hats do church ladies wear in belfast?

i think orbital was one of those sort of bands that
delighted in attempting to knock the plaster of the ceiling
from whatever academy and got themselves banned for years.
that that was actually leftfield, but i think orbital was on
the same plane

In Leftfield's Amsterdam show, the Dutch police were
close to arresting the venue sound engineers due to the
sound system reaching illegal volumes.[citation needed] At
the next concert, in Belgium, 30 people were given refunds
after complaining that the sound level was too high, leading
to a newspaper headline reading "LEFTFIELD TOO
LOUD".[citation needed] In June 1996, while the group was
playing at Brixton Academy, the sound system caused dust and
plaster to fall from the ceiling;[19] subsequently, the
group was banned from ever returning to the venue.[19] The
ban however was taken by the band as a ban on the sound
system and not themselves,[19] which was confirmed when
Leftfield returned to Brixton again on Saturday 20 May 2000.

that was probably a good'un is there a recording

but, also, hats, yeah, detroit guys hats way too high
because they've all lost their high freqs and can't hear
they're dragging others along with 'em

there was this crabby guy on here who complained of
bass tinnitus, like he's just hearing bass all the
time, it's so annoying, he says. and i buy that. that i
didn't even know this was possible

i described my meditative thing where i listen to the
tinnitus i have developed thus far and try to follow it
further and further up the frequency range until smoothing
it over into imagining frequencies higher and higher and
higher over and over; an animal grooming its fur

mostly i think this just shuts it off; it doesn't regrow the
little tuning forks in there. however, but reducing the
noise of the disabled ones, not only is it less annoying to
exist, but you perhaps salvage some of it by getting that
out of the way for the few that haven't been knocked out of
the ceiling at brixton academy

but like i said he was crabby and i doubt he tried it.

[and obvs he'd comb down instead of up]

i'll do visualizations of them regrowing, too, because
there's no harm in at least trying.

but LAZY_TITLE they might be able to fix it like you'd
get lasik for your eyes within ~20 years. not total clean
start, but better
