I lied it's actually saturday and this is a SPAM thread.

Also it's (mostly) 140bpm as opposed to 1835.

As long as you're here you might as well give it a listen?

Next Stop: Fuck Mountain

It's "idm techno."

Bwahha, I see what you did there!
I like the Mountain, especially where you slowed it down at
2:17. Very cool!

Approved. Would dance to it all evening long

Gosh thanks a fantastic turtle!

But you as an idm star make way more money £££ in SF!

I don’t like anything over $4

"Idm star" is a title reserved only for xltronic posters
with 20k+ points. These brave men are the best of the best.

it's nice, listening now. like the cutup background texture.
the slowdown is a bit abrupt but i think that actually works
in its favour, a changeup is just what it needed. liking the
sort-of-housey outro too. fumzup

Appreciate the listen! Yeah I think a tempo drop of this
magnitude (-40bpm) that only lasts a few bars and goes back
to the native tempo always sounds pretty weird, as in it
sounds even slower than it should. I think it's usually TOO
bold of a choice, if you're making something with other
people in mind. There's really no question that Aphex did it
best in "Mt. St. Micheals," that drop has the hand of god in
it.

This track has some real mastering issues too, it sounds a
good 15% different on every different setup I played it on,
and at high bass it's just the worst piece of shit I ever
made. I can and will cut the bass on the main kick tail,
it's just gonna be a bit of work to keep the kick sounding
the way I want it.

Got all these books on mastering a few years ago and never
read em ;p Need to just figure that out, cause the bass knob
really takes this track from "pretty damn cool" to "complete
dogshit" instantly.

i mean it really hits all the right places, or at least a
good number of those on tap. sort of isopropanol then it
gets into icct hedral and then we're off into some autechre
robot megazord, but the vocoder work makes me more think of
storm the studio, then tempo speeds up, derp, now this kinda
like capsadmin's work, but production deeper, he too
compress

may not be up to sean booth's standards but i hear plenty of
detail in the mix
