donuts can be quite immediate regret. like trying to digest a cannon ball. keenly aware of its progress
i ate one the other day, for the first time in months. i hadn't eaten anything all day and i didn't eat anything else for hours. i'm pleased to report that it is, actually, possible to properly digest a donut

There are different kinds of donuts but the traditional variety here in the US is really light and fluffy, despite it being a caloric bread bomb. I usually eat 2 or 3 if I'm gonna bother with 1. Sounds like you have baby intestines.
