if those cunts from the major labels came round the poll
results they'd develop filesharing networks on their own.
man, i'm feeling guilty when downloading mp3's but i'm
buying ten times more cd's than before.

I take it you don't have a cd writer then

I buy the cds for the collection value. I give away almost
everything I burn cause it's backed up as mp3s. I've
probably made 80 cds in the past 6 months, and I only have
about 5 of them left in my cd book.

i do!! but i don't know too many people who are into the
same artists as i am (or just similar). i copy a lot but i
buy a hell of a lot more.

the bios of my writer says i've done 1400 copies up to now;
my 4500 mp3 collection i spread among people and i also get
a lot back, but i still love the feeling when i come home
with a new cd and put it in for the first time.

then i rip it and share it again:)

if i had a burner, it's hard to say if i buy more or less
cds. since i DON'T have a burner, i do buy more cds (hence
my vote) because i am finding more music.

the thing is ... i also buy certain cds not only for the
music, but for the artwork inside. radiohead, boards of
canada, even aphex twin are all set up with the pretty
pictures. though it's a little added feature, that's
something mp3s don't have.

shit if fell no guilt downloading mp3s - art should be free
- if people want others to pay for their music, then they
deserve to be fucked

i like my winamp with 4500 sorted tracks, doing playlists
all the time, i listen at about 5 hours a day. i like it
best when watching tv - voices are usually unnecessary
