no, it's just a bad collapse ep joke, which is actually a weirdcore joke, weirdcore did that not afx music is recursion forever, really.... there was some intervue in which teh afx said: i'd spend ages programming this stuff, then someone listened to my music and turned it into a VST plugin, now i just use their VST plugin and i don't have to do it manually anymore in any art fing feedback loops are a valuable tool, and that's quite a remarkable one that few people will ever achieve. now instead of doing stuff manually he can take his original technique to new extremes and generate more VST plugins. for the ordinary bloke, making your own tools is a powerful feedback loop, to quote the guy from EBN who invented adobe after effects (greg deocampo?). but i cannot condone how far autechre has gone with it |
