Faster Than Light is good game. You can play a bit while waiting on hold; pause the game to talk on the phone, then resume for three minutes, then pause it for another 45. Easy to jump in and out of. I find the game very meditative and calming, because, in FTL, things are always about to go horribly wrong. In normal reality, I'm constantly working myself up over things that don't matter, things that won't happen, but, in this game, they matter, they will fucking happen -- in fact, probably more. definitely more So, after 45m of the game actually jiving with my brain's expectations of reality, I typically feel a bit less tweaked out. I have no idea what it costs but it's probably on the order of one figure; recommended The mantis ship is very pleased to see you, and powers up its weapons systems. |
