Mark E Smith said that Dallas was weirder than Twin Peaks
and he was of course correct, but that is the point.

When I didn't have any idea who David Lynch was, and my two
mates were visiting me in Uni, I got them to pick me up the
DVD of Eraserhead cos I liked the name of it, and we watched
it stoned, in the dark, early morning, on the 9th floor of
some flats... Will never ever forget that. I found out since
that it found its cult following as a 'midnight movie', so
p. fitting.

All of Lynch films are dreams, complete dreams - like life!
Watched Lost Highway for the 1st time recently - what a
totally fucking 90s movie... I love his shit.

Hah, I actually mentioned the baby in Eraserhead to my mate
who could do a wicked impression of it, when he was having
his 1st kid with his missus, and I stopped myself cuz I
realised it could seem like a fucked thing to say, but he
was like yea, i've been thinking about that film too...

the Fall track 'Susan Vs. Youthclub' is literally the plot
of a Neighbours episode from the 90s... so i wouldn't be
suprised
