Really eerie lightning in the high grey sky, like it was
cracking open, ive never heard it quite like that before was
different
i expected a ufo to fly out of it

The thunder and lightning we get here is usually very tame,
ive been in florida when they had one and the roar was much
deeper and powerful.

Last night though was like something you see on an African
nature documentary

has anyone ever seen ball lighting?

is it real?!

hadn't heard about this phenomena until recently.

this is kind of how I see the end of the world... lava
spewing... chain lightning everywhere

mouse that lived in his hat

I watched Close Encounters last night, lot of scenes of
"ball lightning" camouflaging itself in the clouds. Those
shots still work really well.

Ive been reading alot of ufo cases, and there was one that
multiple people saw, an 100 foot long egg shaped craft
landed on the roads and stopped everyone cars, and project
blue book said it was ball lightning, which I thought was
less plausible than aliens

was just singing to myself and i see lightning out the
window
now there is thunders and i felt it in my butt; heard things

We have some mild thunder and mild rain, a pussy ass weather
system. At least it chased away what was building up into
another morbidly hot body of air.

Hyperflake I saw Fire in the Sky, it's been decades, I
barely remember it. One you really must check out is The
Vast of Night, like an X Files episode produced by the
Twilight Zone guys. On paper I'm a skeptic but show me a
good UFO movie then take me for a night drive or walk in the
countryside...

gassy. lots of rumbling, but nothing's coming out

I have an irrational belief in UFOs, im just going by the
size of the universe that they are probably already here in
the form of artificial von Neumann probes
