Some things can be. For instance: the forms of triangle and circle -- ∆ º -- can be. They are beings (abstract beings, one might say). But not everything can be. A circular triangle can't be. So there's a limit to being. How do you understand that limit? What is that subtle force which limits that which can be? Is it ABOVE being, because - like a king or ruler - it limits being? |
