re: mo enjoying the bruce willis edition of "death wish" ~ there are some terrible charles bronson movies, like death wish v, available for free on amazon prime amazon prime ~ i subscribe to it for the free shipping, which is an OK deal, but i'm kind of confused that they think i'd buy any streaming pile of plat on their crapform. i learned my lesson buying virtual xbox games that disappeared when i was too broke to pay for my account, unoe? the video quality, also, is quite shit, kinda like something has been upsized from 720p to 1080 with blocky compression for flavor. that being said, as some sort of twisted attempt at suckering you into buying more, er, "licenses," they provide free access to a vast array of movies featuring charles bronson and jason statham that are notable for being commercial failures |

That means your last night to watch the following HBO shows on Amazon’s streaming service is May 20 i've just finished re-watching The Wire. sporadically, there would be a notice on prime: "This content is disappearing May 21st" or something. it would be there for a bit, then it would go away. currently, i can't find the notice anywhere. in any case, i made sure to finish the wire before the 21st. done, sorted. but should i re-watch the sopranos? it had the same notice. but now, the notice is gone. it's probably because HBO is launching a streaming service, yeah? finally, i google it, and find the above. sorry, you don't get that channel any more. you need the HBO premium package i actually have both The Wire and The Sopranos, pirated, on a hard drive somewhere. the copy of The Wire i had was total shit resolution, and here's a streaming service i already pay for because i just want to order stuff online a bunch. so, fuck it, why not? but, if i have to sign up for some other streaming service, well, my copy of the sopranos is a decent enough resolution and let's go find that drive right now |
