When your fed up, had your fill of conscious thought

or by an allotted time

it is a compound value from multiple classes with varying
chains of inheritance

we've been sleeping in past 8 since this shit started so
bedtime is variable and "it depends", generally when
shoveling dumb data into my think-hole stops being appealing
yeah I like to sink into what wMw calls the training grave,
or was it practice coffin

Usually between 1 and 2, I try to aim for 1 if possible

usually around 11pm, I can just feel it coming. My lovely
wife is usually up watching shows next to me 'till 1am,
although she has to get up much earlier than I do.

find it difficult to sleep without a spliff before,
especially these days.

Same here, the missus doesn't know when to stop.

I'm sleeping great these days since giving up caffeine, if I
pop awake in the night with an itch or a full bladder I get
right back to sleep instead of it turning into a full blown
panic attack with waves of anxiety about everything
breaking on me.

i can't sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time, but
i'll have 2-3 blocks of sleep throughout the day. sounds bad
but i quite like it, means nobody really bothers me. just
had a little nap now, and i'm ready for whatever fresh hell
the internet can throw at me

Been off the weed. And oddly been in bed early. Around half
ten I feel tired and I don’t fight it, going to bed
instead. Seeing the morning for over a week has been rather
pleasant.

(Used to be a total night owl)

i went to berghain a few times, but i only did one marathon
from saturday evening to monday. maybe i will tell the whole
story at one point

i had to change my rhythm drastically, so now i get up at
9am and try to get to bed at 2am the latest. unfortunately,
i drank two cups of coffee in the morning

i wish i had any discipline

if left to my own devices i will just naturally stay up for
20+ hours and then sleep for 8-10. never been hard for me to
push myself further, but even that is not going to sync up
with the daily grind. i'm not sure whether my bigger
challenge is falling asleep or waking up -- this round, it
was falling asleep. i actually woke up quite early, an hour
before i set my alarm. i think i just need to get more
exercise

but then i'll still lapse in discipline and post crap here
until 3am sometimes. tomorrow night is a candidate, given
the timetable of the beef defrosting in the fridge. but i'll
try not to
