yeah in london, but you could live in any other UK city,
which are generally much nicer than london, even if there is
less to do

What a difference a little sunshine makes. We were rained in
yesterday getting crabby, today we went out cycling and now
I'm listening to old Stevie Wonder and cooking bacon.
Tomorrow it will rain and we'll be housebound at each
other's throats again.

Indeed I often wonder where Tony is now. Probably wintering
with his mother in Guildford. A cat, rain, Vim under the
sink, and both bars on. But old now, there is no true beauty
without decay.”

at a steady clip, i've started to do things i should have
done long ago, but haven't. like my email, my inbox was a
nightmare, a few thousand unattented to, it's a bit better
now, going to keep going. but felt kinda bad yesterday night
when i'm finding stuff like an email from someone saying "i
miss you, how have you been" back in october or something.
and an actual bit of fan mail to my bandcamp mentioning
xltronic from, like, december. i'm bracing myself to log
into facebook for the first time in months and face a
similar pile

hey! :) my mum doesn't get the corona thing. for her there
is nothing between panicking and ignoring it. she lately
send me a photo of lots of toilet paper she bought. then she
went to my cousins kids birthday. when i told her that she
shouldn't do that she said, that shes not afraid of the
corona and that i should take a break. both my parents have
lung problems, my father even wears an oxygen mask at night
and is a heavy smoker. they just retired, to be blown away
by a pandemic because of their stupidity :/

i just finished watching V (1983, miniseries) and it seems
like a weird allegory on what happens these days. its weird

a numbwat describing the berghain

All the best, yeah its particularly difficult for elderly
housebound relatives, my mum has been in full blown manic
meltdown all week, Im sure this will make a difference in
the long run to deaths and curtail the epidemic, but its
bloody hard

yeah that seems like a very irrational things to do on your
mums part, but mums are like that generally, its not so much
catching it im bothered about but spreading it to other
people, my gf has asthma
etc..

I hope she takes your dads health into consideration, if
someone needs and oxygen mask this is an illness that is
probably deadly for them

V ive heard of it but never seen it

Ha!

ya, that scene :D

v must be the series where the whole "politicians are
reptilians" meme derived from

in my moms case i can see now how egoistically she actually
is. she was always the altruistic angel, because she cared
for everyone else more than herself and helped lots of
strangers many times

now she can't hold back meeting other people, because she
needs the praise. to the expense of my dad :/ she shrugs it
off, because she can't stand being at home. she doesn't
read, she has no hobbies. my dad is pretty good with this.
he loves to repair things and tries to understand computers
more. he always asks me about computer stuff when i visit
them. my mom always tells me the same stories all the time

i bet she bought all that toilet paper, so she can drive
around and give it to people. thats what she does

mor tubs…

i might watch this gem tonight

today, trying to sleep in, but ugh, these shits. they set up
a little encampment in the empty parking lot next door and
move all the traffic cones around, and, well, i wouldn't
care, but it's all for their stupid fucking kid who screams.
constantly. they woke me up, left, came back and woke me up
again. i want to figure out where they live so i can ring
them up at one in the morning and play sounds of a screaming
child.
