i remember hearing the phrase "karma's a coma" in lock,
stock, and two smoking barrels (the part where some black
bartender is telling the story of rory trying to watch his
game ~ LAZY_TITLE @ 0:39). then there's also the massive
attack song karmacoma

anyways, i have a feeling this is some cockney slang or
someth, but i actually can't find anything on google. i'm
curious if anyone has any more explanation of what it means
and where it's from

It’s made up. A portemanteau maybe. Apparently Trciky and
3D were high backstage when they wrote it.
