normally, i'm all, ppf, grammys. but, i must admit, i really like what i've heard of billie eilish so far you should if you've ever tried to have a shouted conversations with someone over the sawing cut of bassbins at a club, xanny makes perfect sense. in a very direct sense, what distinguishes this all from most of the pop crap that wins retards/awards is a crisp sense of synaesthesia but also, i grew up listening to clannad + beach boys, and the billie elish songs have that same sense of vocal harmony that clannad did. like: |
