yes definitely a taste of what i've missed since drukqs you're right in a sense. i remembered a catchy logo he had, 2x2 OD-AN, but never heard much
but to tall me gelationous hominids that's cold bro. there's a lot of music out there and i have a lot of articles to read on google news.

yeah shit this is a great track i remember i was on top of the world when drukqs came out. i had broadband internet service for the first time in my life, i got a larger hard drive for christmas, and i'd ordered drukqs for myself off amazon.
it was such a wonderful week or two, and, arguably it spoiled me. i was, like sixteen or seventeen, just getting into electronic music, and i figured something like drukqs would just come out every year or three and blow my mind anew
youtube has segued me into squarepusher's "nervelevers." it's an odd comparison. you know what, in a lifetime first, i'm not even going to run my mouth now. i'm going to sleep on it before comparing it to the odan fing or drukqs

or this
tipper's music very compressed, like clark, but somehow he does it in a manner that doesn't make my ears feel like crackling china dolls. from my gelatinous perspective, i suspect it's that he reserves more of the dynamics for bass than most. but, overall, a tight rationing of frequencies, better than i could manage
in any case, tipper tends to cut through barriers, and i was sitting in a mallwart parking lot and warming up the car and ~it's like~ and my car is thomp and this old black cat working for walmart collecting carts starts ducking and weaving to the beat
the odan track was satisfyingly like its youtube image in a form-constant sense, then it gets to that point like at the end of st. michaels mix where the gating is just strobing the fuck out of your lizard brain... but really, only tipper will ever win over the shopping cart cat cru
