by air have this album on now it's so good.
believe it or not, i found out about this album, about air, from some early-00s bullshit where you listened to streaming music and rated it and eventually you got a $5 amazon cert if you listened to enough. "talisman" came on and it was pretty much the only thing from that which stuck with me (except for groove armada's "shaking that ass" song, what horrid shit, the sibilence on the asssSSS is like nails on a chalkboard for me)

i liked their soundtrack to the virgin suicides but i don't think i ever got round to listening to moon safari. will give it a whirl

This album came out around the time I was discovering electronic music, including aphex. It has a special place in my heart.
