yeah i heard it yesterday..... apparently he died of an
overdose and had been lying dead for a couple of days....
not a nice way to go

They were grungy with a pinch of goth thrown in. A lot of
the lyrics were about his heroin addiction. I used to love
them years ago, as black t-shirted rock kid. Their Jar of
Flies/Sap double mini album is classic. Its a real shame.

yeah read this 2 days ago or whatever.... i liked them back
then..... grunge but heavier.. a bit. I dont know what was
sadder, the fact that hes dead or that he died alone with no
one to call an ambulance and he was left for so long without
anyone coming by to see him... alone....

always sad when someone dies from drugs. i reckon shaun
ryder is seriously not long for this world. dunno, may be
wrong, but saw that factory programme that was on a couple
of weeks back-im not qualified to say, but he appears to
have had a slight stroke??
