Gonna be nosey and ask about meds you might be taking. Are
you on meds? Fuck I’m bored.

I take seven pills in the morning and four in the evening.
Mostly all for the heart. There’s so much stuff one of the
pills is to prevent stomach issues.

Yeah I’m bored, and who cares?

If not, let me know how you cunts are doing? Any great shows
you’re following? New albums or tracks I should know
about? Are your parents still alive? Trump and Boris new
BFFs?

It’s 2 am and I’m sipping red wine in bed while browsing
this shithole. Stopped cigs and I’m vaping some doughnut
with a double shot of cappuccino liquid. It’s lovely
actually

Oh abilify! I’m aware of that one. I take levomepromazine
to sleep and eat and be slightly more cheerful. I cut down
on all that stuff though. Used to take too much stuff

i'm on so many i literally can't remember them all... lemme
think... four painkillers (codeine, naproxen, gabapentin,
paracetamol), two antipsychotics (flupentixol, olanzapine),
sertraline for depression, lorazepam for anxiety, calcium
and b12 supplements and there's another vitamin thing i
can't spell / find on google. colca-something. i might be
missing one but i dunno

as for the rest of yr q's i'm alright ta! tellywise i've
been particularly enjoying catastrophe with rob delaney and
sharon horgan, very funny. it's on the all4 app if you can
get that. albumwise the new one by blood orange is good, new
to him but he's one of these hipster-famous producers. kinda
abstracted r'n'b stuff. mum's still alive, dad i've no clue.
trump and boris can suck my balls. i think that about covers
it!

to be regulated as a drug.

looks like it's the stuff i was getting, though 100mcg might
be a bit less full-on brainmelt than the 140mcg tabs i had.
depends what yr looking for i guess, you can always do 2 ;)

i probably did ìt about 10 times in total about 3-4 years
back. not enough to be a seasoned acidhead but it made a big
impression on me. the 1p- or 1cp- is just to get around the
law afaik, it's metabolized in your body quickly to plain
old lsd. there's a million trip reports out there for acid
so i won't bore you, just pay attention to set n setting
etc. have fun man, i'm convinced it opened me up as a person

oh yeah? that's cool man, i've read the amount for
microdosing is about 30mcg so it'll be a bit awkward
dividing a tab into thirds but aside from that you should be
fine. what are you looking for from lsd if you don't mind me
asking?

Of course if it works for you, dadonck then that’s great.
You don't half go on about it! I’m not purposely trying to
annoy you, i just find cbd to be a total waste of money and
time, and have harnessed nonherapeutic value from it
whatsoever. In fact when ever I got some I felt frustrated
more than anything. Ok I’ll shut up now.

how did you take cbd? highly concentrated? a good friend of
mine took some highly concentrated cbd oil or something and
he had heavy allodromy

i have cbd and thc weed (both are not very strong) and i mix
it 50/50 and vape it. and i rarely had a better high.

really helped me. one time i experienced the ego death and

i hope i get more focused, concentrated, creative through

I am sorry to here about your heartcondition russeldust,
that must suck. Hope you lived at least half the life.

Switching to vegan/vegetarian food dident kill me. I havent
quited that and it will probebly be for life. All i take is
vegetarian vitamin pill once a day. I dont drink or smoke.
Stopping drinking probebly made me more boring yeah alcohol
is a social drink. Was never a alcoholic though.

I keep hearing that excercise, sleep healthy food and human
interaction in real life is the best medicin . I am not good
at socilation with being with humans though because of
anxity but i survive. I like taking some walks if needed.
But i get excercise from work also.

My fave stuff to do when not working is whatching movies, tv
series, listen to music and read about new electronic tech
gear like smartphones, mostly hifi gear about the headphone
world. Also new tv rewievs. I love my Lg oled tv and my
headphone system. Hi fi will ruin you though hehe.
Everything from cables to power cleaning i have spent money
on.

Some of the Tv series i have enjoyed.: Mindhunter,
chernobyl, cosmos, black mirror, the haunting of hill house,
parks and recreation, Dark, Bron, shameless us version, big
little lies, the night of,ash vs evil dead, outlander, rick
and morty.

Meh. People around me have made me realise that I’m in
depression, and have been for quite some time. Never happy,
never looking forward to anything, just coping. So
brintellix has been added to my mix. Hope it works. I’ve
tried many anti depressants in then past and never found a
match. Argh.

i smoke weed, cigarettes, and get drunk sometimes. i feel

i do feel like i'm starting to be overdue to for mushrooms
or acid again. can someone fax me some blotter?

I meant boring thread topic, not so much the content. I’m
curious about micro lsd dosing for depression. Talking to my
doctors about it. My doctor (one of) said even ketamine in
very low dosages can help. Very interesting. Also I agree,
LSD is by far my favourite recreational drug with mushrooms.
It’s abkut more than just getting high or feeling good.

yeah i've heard great things about ketamine infusion
therapy, though it was quite high k-hole doses administered
by the doctors in a therapeutic setting. supposed to be
good, nay, great for treatment-resistant depression. be sure
to let us know how you get on man! hopefully something will

w/rt to ketamine, yes, absolutely, there's something there.
i've never tried actual ketamine, but for a while i had
access to methoxetamine, and that was one of the most
ridiculously powerful, profound drugs i've ever had access
to. acid, shrooms are known for generating synchronicity,
right? i certainly experienced it. MXE, though, was another
level. multiple times, i thought to myself: "no, no, that
didn't freaking happen. i'm tripping. i'll realize it's
bullshit when it wears off" then it wore off and it actually
wasn't bullshit.

more importantly, though, MXE blasted the blues right out of
me. for up to a week, i felt significantly less moody. the
mechanism is complex: dissociatives in general disrupt your
memory. memories of previous bad things are what make you
predict future bad things. a few hours without your memory
tugging at a thread and leading you into concluding things
will, once again, go badly, is pretty good to start.

but, then, there was just my general attitude on the stuff.
i recall looking out to the back yard. there was a birdbath
that had gotten knocked over by winds a week or two hence,
and i thought: "this is the fucking problem. it's broken,
and i keep saying i'll fix it later. the only way things
will get better is if i go out right now and fix it." then i
did. larger problems got tackled in the same manner, and, in
general, i've tried to bring that approach to the front of
my mind in the years since.
