the thread "thads are fine woke jerks" stuck in my hed. i've been asked how i make my nonsense up, and this is pretty standard: the phrase stuck in my hed. once i asked why, my brain informed me that the phrase reminded it of something, but it couldn't quite place what. just now, i have it: Fine Young Cannibals. it's a direct mapping from 80s bands to modern horseshit. obviously, this imaginary band's style will have to be re-mapped along a similar trajectory. in lieu of that, i think this is the perfect name for an obnoxious rap squad a la . now i just need to recruit a bunch of petulant "influencers" and form an unholy union of Odd Future and Backstreet Boys |
