a big BoC theme is human extinction, at least since
Tomorrow's Hamfest if not earlier, they're hippie goth
nostalgia doomers. 50% chance they quit their earthly
vessels at the end of that set, i.e., lay down in track
suits and sneakers with cellophane bags over their heads,
waiting for the comet brothers

Question: which BoC music do you want played at your
funeral

My answer: we'll all be dead soon, but if we aren't, Rue the
Whirl, and everyone has to dance

yes you cant deny the grimness of things!

BOC funeral music, it would have to be olson as the chucked
my dismembered limbs onto a burning wicker man

When the end is undeniable, when there are giant methane
releases and the temperature rises 10 degrees in a year and
the crops fail, cognitive dissonance will have half the
surviving population blaming Gay Satanic Jew Weather
Machines.

Anyways it was nice to participate in the technological peak
of a doomed species. Nice knowing you all! [puts cellophane
bag over head and lies down]

ready for the intellectual purge, people will be sacrificed
to god in vain, its bit weird all our nightmares seem to be
coming true at once, is there any real hope?

It did, though I think I am ingesting too much sugar. Oh
well, it's always something

I don't want to drop anybody in it, and it probably cropped
up somewhere innocent many years ago, but the track that
starts at about 38:32 in the second Ae tape set sounds
very familiar, I've definitely heard that before.

yeah apart from the odd desert from Tesco I stopped putting
sugar in everything about 18 months ago now, at first I
drinking coffee was unpleasant but now I cant drink it with
sugar in, weird how your palette readjusts

went out for a late-night drive, just now. put on the second
chunk of the plaid mix. waited for my car to warm up for the
first 3.5 minutes -- for the right point in the mix to go --
and went.

it was humid, slick, and pissing light rain, so i couldn't
do quite everything i wanted, but i had a cigarette, traffic
was light, and that was still well good

that mix is also good for the train. i need to try the
squarepusher one
