Been absent due to having a heart attack, finally out of intensive care but won’t be allowed out of hospital before Wednesday. Typing isn’t easy and I’m tired so won’t post much but wanted to be showered with nice messages I guess. |

Blimey. Glad you’re still with us, Russell. Get well soon, mate. Had a heart scare myself last year, but apparently nothing serious. I had a blockage in the left ventricle. Meant to be common in athletes, which I’d have thought wouldn’t apply to my slighty chubby, aged frame. |

Hey friends! Left hospital a couple of days ago to spend a few days with my dog at my mums, before I head back to a specialised place for cardiac rehabilitation, where I’ll be for three weeks. On a ton of meds, which I’ll have to take all my life, and I’m having an allergic reaction which isn’t helping. Can’t catxh a break lol. I need to go to that rehabilitation place to be monitored as I have a one in seven chance to have another heart attack for the moment. God knows what the odds would be without the meds... Anyway, I’m happy to be back irl for a bit! |
