never tried the cbd-only stuff, it's only in the past few years i've seen it advertised. not recreational afaik but it's supposed to be good for joint pains (no pun intended) |

I hate it. Weed with under a per cent thc is legal here, it’s basically CBD only stuff. I’ve bought some quite a few times, tried various brands, and I have to say I’d rather not smoke st all. It certainly doesn’t provide me with what I’m looking for. Also I smoke to cope with nausea and get a little appetite, cbd only weed doesn’t help one bit. I even got the sweats once after smoking some. Waste of my time. |

It’s probably a nice solution if you don’t particularly like the effects of THC. You do feel mellow, but it’s a weird mellow, I dunno, this is personal I guess, but it really doesn’t suit me. I end up smoking loads and it makes me feel sick, wether a few normal spliffs and I’m relaxed and less nauseous. |

Producers are making a fortune on a relatively easy product to grow. Like you say it’s ridiculous to price it like it is in the street. Certainly not enticing people to go legal. |

well, first of all its something totally different. i bought it, because wanted relax myself to death. if i want to get high i get weed from the street. also, if weed becomes legal, it will most likely cost a bit more, because it would need to be produced based on standards and also taxes. |

Yeah it’s really not something I’d recommend. Most of my friends don’t like the effect it’s provides them, and if I didn’t enjoy the effects I wouldn’t bother obviously. Cold sweat, paranoia, social isolation? Not for me. |

It makes me feel better. I don’t smoke to be high mind you. The problem I have is that it tends to make me less productive. It’s best for total free time. It’s clearly not healthy to smoke of course, and addiction is a terrible disease. Helps me more than anti depressants and anti emetics though. I don’t recommend anyone go for it, I find it seriously dodgy to recommend stuff like that. To each his own. |

it can go that way if yr unsure / nervous of what the effects might be, along with a whitish pallor and feeling sick... i had these exact symptoms smoking with people i didn't trust but smoking alone was a lot more fun. really the only reason i smoke now is for music appreciation. weed can be great if you find yr most comfortable space and just kinda luxuriate in it. ymmv tho! |

THC is what gets you high. i've smoked CBD weed after smoking THC weed, and something that had never happened before happened: i felt less high. i experimented with it a bit. adding more CBD to the mix gradually shut down the effects of weed in layers, with body high being the last thing to go. earlier layers were more desirable to shut off, like paranoia -- intensely strong weed that tweaks me out, here, let's mix 3/4 of that with 1/4 pure CBD weed. i feel high, still, but not tweaked out and paranoid. i concluded this: since THC is what gets you high, and CBD makes you less high, selective breeding of weed has resulted in 20% THC, 0% CBD strains. the massive amount of THC with no CBD to balance it out results in a lot of bad experiences, particularly with people who haven't smoked weed before and have no tolerance |
