taco bell premiere party. when he talked to the deer, that's how weed made me feel, like it's giving you this deep deer insight even though it makes no sense then its like the deer just doesn't even exist. should have had a scene with the disabled scooter duo from ham in it.

I like Quentin Dupieux’s movies. Did you know it’s Mr Oizo, the guy behind Flat Eric. Gosh remember Levi’s ads?

marilyn manson is in it which makes it a gay movie. the only movie that has marilyn manson in it and isn't gay is lost highway

Then there's 'the comedy' starring tim heidecker and also that tall nerd he's often with, I forget his name. He's probably just running for vise president, not full president like tim so who cares about him. Anyway in one scene at the beginning you can clearly see that tim has no penis just some scar tissue from a vagina that was sewn shut at birth. And even if he did have a penis it would be a small black penis.

i mostly watched it and his other movie, Rubber, for the scores because they are pretty nonsensical, to where i don't understand if it's trying to be weird or if that's hipster alt comedy that thinks it's funny but is not actually funny to people who understand what does makes something humorous. oh well, chalk it up to him being french i guess.

I know what humor is, see we are all in a coma lying in some hospital, hallucinating this reality. When we see something "funny", that is just because someone in the hospital room is tickling us, making us hallucinate the funny thing.

wrong cops has low replay value, particularly the drawn out scenes about making music w the cop and dying guy, but the first watch was good. erics taco bell premiere party crank call was better than the whole movie. Same with billion dollar movie, they are better at making short spoofs/goofs than long movies, plus the concept of long movies is worse imo than short stuff cuz its less entertaining/less creative focusing on one thing for an hour than multiple things in an hour, lower entertainment density. almost every skit from awesome show great job is better than any of their movies. but of course the movies are probably where all the income comes from since everything is inverted.
district b13 is a good movie. you can tell cuz it wasn't made in shit usa.

i with 'the comedy' and 'entertainment' were good because i love tim heidecker and gregg turkington and they're great actors but those movies are simultaneously lazy and trying too hard
they're not that bad, just kind of useless, but it's very sad

anyway lost highway is extremely gay
the most hetero david lynch movie is probably eraserhead. wild at heart has a lot of positive heterosexuality in it but it's too camp to not be gay.

OIZO_SUX
after i made the initial mix of this, i received a vinyl in the mail of oizo and kru remixing a squarepusher, three trax on vinyl. i hated it. i felt ripped off. so, the second mix became the oizo sux remix; i recall making this with a laptop hooked up to the living room hifi in ableton on lsd or something
but, really, oizo's alright. the strange musical interludes as the fat cop is flipping through the radio, smoking a cigarette. then, once he finds the proper wavelength, then it's just a montage from the perspective just behind the christmas lights with some foveated bokeh with occasional hard cuts. that did quite win me over

Mr Oizo has been at it long enough to deserve some credit and respect. All your heroes namedrop him. That track doesn’t reflect his style at all. I like his crunchy music, and I feel he was one of the precursors in that genre.

Get over it l, man. I guess I expressed myself badly. I just wanted to say that although it’s not one of my faves i still love it. Not sure what’s so mockingly funny about it.
It’s good that you’re trying to broaden your humour beyond anus jokes though. Keep up the good work!

okay fine i'll grant you that it's not actually that gay since it has a very bisexual aesthetic, especially with the trent reznor and the bowie.
also i agree that i respect mr oizo's music (i'm not sure i'm interested in his films tho)

yeahhh, i really wanted to like it, but it's one of those, you know, aimless american improv movies that take themselves too seriously and have a twinkly ambient music soundtrack. it's very student-filmy.
on cinema at the cinema has far more aesthetic merit.
